After a short break, the crew is back with another episode of The Perspective Podcast. Things start off a little slow, but once the conversation gets rolling, the debates pick right back up.

This week, Cutwater leads a discussion on the struggles Black men can face in the workplace, including feeling unheard, seeking validation, and navigating how they’re perceived professionally. From there, the crew gets into Russell Westbrook’s retirement, Jayden Daniels vs LSU, and an early look at the NFC South.

And somewhere along the way, Cutwater and Boog get into a Saints vs. Falcons debate that turns into a disagreement over how each fanbase treated its franchise quarterback on the way out — Mike Vick in Atlanta versus Drew Brees in New Orleans. That argument gives us this week’s title.

After taking a week off following the 2026 Alumni Games, the crew is back behind the mics with another episode full of laughs, debates, and real conversations.

This week, we kick things off by sharing some embarrassing hygiene stories before diving into LeBron James signing with and the Philadelphia 76ers. We also recap our experience covering the 2nd Annual CENLA Alumni Games and reflect on another successful weekend of basketball.

The conversation then shifts to the expectations placed on men while growing up, what actions make women feel comfortable or uncomfortable, and wraps up with this week’s Group Check on bad girlfriends.

To close things out, we share our excitement for the release of the newest Spider-Man movie before revealing the hilarious story behind why this episode is titled “Rainwater.”
